Any fabric in polyester is workable for sublimation printing. Even thinner fabrics but the design is in dark color, this 100gsm sublimation paper is also best choice. 

The 100gsm sublimation paper can deliver superb true color output and line sharpness.  

The regular widths are as follows: 24”, 44”, 60”, 63”, 70”, etc. Other special widths can be customized as clients special request.

Application

100gsm Sublimation Paper, matching single-head and double-head injekt printers and sublimation printers, suitable to transfer pattern or designs onto polyester materials, like sporting clothes, banner, flag, etc.

Packaging and Shipping

The 100gsm Heat Transfer Paper roll are usually made to 100meters or 150meters. Regular pack is plastic bag and then carton. Some client choose to use kraft paper for packaging to reduce cost.  

For container loading, we have two methods: 

First is to load cartons or rolls directly into the container. This method help using the most space of the container, to save freight cost for client. we can load container carton by carton, or pack the rolls on pallets, according to clients’ requests.

Second is using pallets, to save labour cost of loading and unloading the container.
